Where do you ship from?
We ship from the San Francisco Bay Area, California. 

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders will be processed in 1-2 business days. Shipping time will typically take 2-6 business days for domestic orders and 7-21 business days for international orders. This time will also depend on the shipping method chosen at checkout. Please take a look at our shipping policy for more information. 

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do! We also offer free shipping on all international (only Mexico and Canada) orders over $150. Costs for the rest of the world will be calculated at checkout. Please note, we are not responsible for any customs, duties, and taxes for your country. On all shipments, we provide the proper import information to make your order go as smooth as possible.

Do you restock items?
Yes, we do restocks, but it's not very common. We have limited quantities of each item so most times, once they're gone, they are gone forever. If you love an item and it's available in your size, we suggest getting it or regretting it. Follow our instagram @ShopWildRina to get updates on our restocks!

How is your sizing?
Every piece is going to be sized a little differently from each other. We do our best at providing you with accurate measurements of each product in the description. Please refer to your sizing guide for more information. 

What is your return policy?
All eligible returns are accepted for full refunds minus the cost of shipping. Item must be in original packaging, with tags, and unworn with no signs of wear (including stains, makeup, etc). Everything except accessories and sale items are eligible for returns. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information. 

I accidentally entered in the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
We recommend that you double check all the shipping information prior to confirming your order. However, we know mistakes happen. Contact us immediately to resolve this issue. The sooner the better so you can safely receive your package!
