Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds Policy

Returns

  • You have 25 days from your order date to request a refund. 
  • Any returns requested AFTER 25 days from your order date, can be returned for store credit.
  • Any requests after 35 days will not be accepted. 
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. You will not be refunded for your exchange if the item has any wear or distress, pet hair, odors (good or bad), and stains from cosmetics, lotions, deodorants, etc.
  • Any returns sent back within 30 days of your shipped date without being processed through our return portal will be refunded via store credit
  • Any returns sent back after 30 days of your shipped date with be shipped back to you.

Final Sale

Final sale items include:
- Sale items
- Accessories
- Tie dye collection
- Sample sale items
- Warehouse sale items
- Mystery Boxes 
- Grab Bags

Exchanges

  • Yes! We offer exchanges - as long as sizes you're looking for is available for exchange. 
  • We will ship out your requested exchange after receiving your return package.
  • You have 35 days from your order date to request an exchange. 
  • Start your return through our return portal
  • Your exchange package is FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for return/refund.  

Full Refunds

  • All returns are eligible for full refunds minus the cost of shipping.
  • Please allow 1-2 business days for us to review your return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    Shipping

    • You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning. 
    • If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
    • We recommend using the USPS, UPS, or FedEx. 

    Damages

    • We understand that some orders may arrive damaged.
    • Damage claims will be reviewed case by case and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
